Terms and Conditions for the "2X National Championship, 2X Savings Event" Promotion by Ion Solar Pros (iSP)

 

1. Promotion Description: Ion Solar Pros ("iSP") is offering a promotional event titled "2X National Championship, 2X Savings Event". Under this promotion, eligible new customers who purchase a home energy system from iSP will receive a discount of $1,000 off the total cost of their system, plus an additional $1,000 cashback upon the successful installation of their system.

 

2. Eligibility: This promotion is exclusively open to new customers who sign a purchase agreement for a home energy system from iSP during the promotional period. Existing customers, employees of iSP, and their immediate family members are not eligible for this promotion.

 

3. Promotional Period: This promotion begins on the date of this announcement and expires on May 1, 2024, at 12:00 PM (noon). All purchase agreements must be signed and submitted to iSP by the expiration date and time to qualify for the promotion.

 

4. Discount and Cashback Details:

    - The $1,000 discount will be applied to the final purchase price of the home energy system at the time of sale.

    - The $1,000 cashback will be provided to the customer upon the successful installation of their home energy system. Installation must be verified by an iSP authorized representative.

    - Cashback will be issued to the customer within 30 days of installation completion.

 

5. Limitations:

    - This promotion cannot be combined with any other offers or promotions unless specified by iSP.

    - The promotional discount and cashback are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for any other offer or cash equivalent.

 

6. Promotion Modifications and Cancellations:

    - iSP reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, or cancel the promotion at any time without prior notice, due to any reasons affecting the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the promotion.

    - If the promotion is canceled, iSP will notify participants as soon as possible and detail any applicable refund or compensation processes.

    - By participating in the promotion, customers agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

    - These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where iSP operates. Any disputes arising under or related to this promotion will be adjudicated in those courts.
