   The $500 Rebate Promotion ("Promotion") is provided by Ion Solar Pros (iSP) and is subject to the following terms and conditions. By participating in this Promotion, you agree to these terms in their entirety.

2. **Eligibility**  
   The Promotion is open only to new customers of iSP.  
   To be eligible, customers must:  
   - Sign a contract for the purchase and installation of a qualifying solar energy system with iSP during the Promotion Period.

3. **Promotion Period**  
   The Promotion starts on September 6, 2024, and ends at 11:59 PM on October 31st, 2024 ("Promotion Period").  
   To qualify, customers must sign the contract for their solar energy system within this Promotion Period. Contracts signed after this date will not be eligible for the rebate.

4. **Qualifying Solar Energy Systems**  
   The Promotion applies only to qualifying solar energy systems installed by iSP.  
   The system must meet iSP’s installation requirements and comply with local regulations.  
   Systems financed through third-party lenders must be pre-approved by iSP to qualify for this Promotion.

5. **Rebate Details**

   If the Promotion is terminated before its end date, no further rebates will be issued beyond the termination date.

8. **Right to Disqualify**  
   iSP reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual or void any contract that is found to have tampered with the Promotion or violated these Terms and Conditions.  
   Any attempt to deliberately damage or undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion may result in disqualification and potential legal action.

9. **Promotion Limitations**  
   This Promotion is limited to one rebate per household and per qualifying solar installation.  
   The Promotion cannot be transferred, assigned, or substituted for cash or any other product or service.  
   The Promotion applies exclusively to residential solar energy system installations. Commercial installations are not eligible unless explicitly stated by iSP.

10. **Customer Responsibilities**

   iSP is not responsible for lost, stolen, or undeliverable rebate checks due to incorrect or incomplete customer information.  
   Any disputes related to eligibility or participation in the Promotion will be resolved at iSP’s sole discretion.

11. **Limitation of Liability**  
   iSP is not liable for any errors, interruptions, delays, or technical malfunctions related to the Promotion.

12. **Miscellaneous**
