Appointment Setter
As an Appointment Setter with iSP, you’ll play a key role in transforming customer interest into actionable appointments, driving our mission to expand access to solar energy. This role is ideal for individuals with strong communication skills and a proactive attitude, offering a competitive hourly wage plus uncapped commission opportunities tied to appointments set and installations completed.
Requirements:
Experience: 1–2 years of experience in customer service, call centers, or sales is preferred but not required. Enthusiastic candidates with a passion for renewable energy and a "go-getter" mindset are encouraged to apply.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional, customer-centric approach. The ability to build rapport quickly over the phone is essential.
Self-Motivation: Ability to manage time effectively, handle rejection, and maintain a positive, results-driven attitude.
Technology Proficiency: Comfortable using CRM systems and standard office software to track and manage leads.
Flexibility: Willing to work non-traditional hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate customer availability and interest.
Customer Focus: Passionate about engaging with potential customers and providing clear, compelling information about iSP’s solar solutions.
Work Environment: This is an in-person role at the iSP corporate headquarters in Middlebury, CT, with access to leads and support from a dynamic team. within territories and for transporting marketing materials.
