Field Sales Consultant

As a Field Sales Consultant with iSP, you’ll play a vital role in expanding solar energy access by building relationships within local communities. This role is perfect for those looking to break into the renewable energy industry, even if they have little to no prior experience. It offers an exciting commission-based compensation structure, where your earnings directly reflect your results and dedication.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 0–2 years in outside sales, field sales, or customer service preferred, but not required. We encourage enthusiastic candidates eager to learn about the solar energy industry to apply, even if they’re new to sales.

  • Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and persuasive communication skills to engage with potential customers and answer their questions confidently.

  • Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet sales goals in a commission-only role.

  • Physical Stamina: Comfortable with door-to-door canvassing and interacting with homeowners in various weather conditions.

  • Customer Focus: Passionate about educating homeowners on the benefits of solar energy and building rapport.

  • Travel: Willingness to travel within assigned territories and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.

  • Valid Driver’s License: Required for travel within territories and for transporting marketing materials.
