Terms and Conditions for the "Spring Time Tourney-Time Solar Promotion" by iSP

 

1. Promotion Period: The "Spring Time Tourney-Time Solar Promotion" (hereinafter referred to as the "Promotion") begins on March 6th at the time of the announcement and ends on April 8th at 12:00 PM (noon) local time (the "Promotion Period"). All requests for quotes must be submitted within this timeframe to qualify for the Promotion.

 

2. Eligibility: This Promotion is open exclusively to new customers of iSP who are homeowners. Participants must not have previously purchased or entered into a contract with iSP for solar system installation. To be eligible for this Promotion, participants must be the legal owner of the residential property where the solar system would be installed. This Promotion is limited to one offer per customer and per residential address.

 

3. How to Participate: Eligible participants must request a free quote for a solar system installation from iSP during the Promotion Period and use the promo code "CHAMPS" at the time of their inquiry. The promo code must be applied before the quote is finalized to receive the discount.

 

4. Offer: Eligible participants who comply with these terms and conditions will receive $1,000 off the total cost of their new solar system installation. This discount is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other offer.

 

5. Limitations: This offer is limited to one per customer and cannot be combined with any other offers or promotions. The discount applies only to the cost of the solar system and does not cover any additional services, taxes, or fees that may apply.

 

6. Conditions: The Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. By participating in the Promotion, participants agree to abide by these terms and conditions and the decisions of iSP, which are final and binding in all respects.
